Milin Dutta, Founder of Anaajoree is an engineering graduate from NIIT Surat. He has done his MS from University of Minnesota and has worked as an IT consultant in the USA. Milin once known as Mili, now identifies as a trans-man and he has been an advocate for queer rights in the northeast. Taking early retirement as an IT professional, Milin has been vocal about issues of social justice and economic empowerment of the most marginalized communities in Assam and northeast India.

Geeti Bora has a master of arts degree in English Literature from Tezpur University. She also has a masters degree in Women & Gender Studies. She is a program coordinator in the field of Climate Change and is also the area lead.

Sarit Sharma is a technology enthusiast, a science teacher, a storyteller and a business idea dreamer. He is an engineer by training with a PhD in Electrical Engineering (Electromagnetics) from Iowa State University (Iowa, USA) with several publications and patents. He also enjoys working with his neighborhood communities to make learning a joyful experience for all. He is also engaged in setting up libraries in nearby communities. Sarit enjoys discovering new ways to teach old science and designing bamboo furniture.

Nabajyoti Dutta Did MBBS & MS ( ophthalmology) from Assam Medical College.Dibrugarh. Worked as Junior Consultant at Venu Eye Institute in New Delhi. Was actively involved in the charity activities of the institute and also in eye donation programs. Started private practice in Guwahati and was the pioneer phaco  surgeon

Gitismita Das. Pursuing PhD in Peace and Conflict Studies from Sikkim University, Gangtok. Assistant professor at Jawaharlal Nehru College, Boko, Assam.

Kashmira Khanam. Pursuing Ph.D. from Central University of Haryana, Haryana. Department of Sociology, broad area of research is Transgender Community of Assam

Roshmi Saikia: Masters of Arts in Economics, PGDBM in Marketing and PGDHRM in Human Resource. Roshmi had numerous corporate experiences and worked in Standard Chartered Bank, Bharti Cellular Limited, Tata Aig General Insurance Limited etc. Presently, working as an English Facilitator in Sanskriti The Gurukul, an ICSE Board venture in Guwahati, Assam

Doly Boro is Post Graduate in Women's Studies from Gauhati University, Assam and Economics graduate from Handique Girl's College, Guwahati, Assam. She is the program co-ordinator of Anaajoree.

Subham Goswami is a postgraduate (Completed MA IN POLITICAL SCIENCE from Calcutta University in 2017. He completed PGDCA from NRDS in 2020, Pursuing MA IN MASS COMMUNICATION AND JOURNALISM from Tezpur University)

Saptarag Sivam has a masters in Social Work from the NERIM Group of Institutions

Rishi Dev has a master of Arts degree in Social Work (Public Health) and is an associate at Azim Premji Foundation, Karnaprayag, Uttarakhand.

Tapash Sarma has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from, Dibrugarh University, Assam. He is the project coordinator for STEM Education
